Activities

The Stichting supports various charities designated by the board of directors. The Stichting focuses on the following areas (but may also support other charitable causes):

• education
• humanitarian aid
• relief of poverty
• protection of the environment

The Stichting is the owner of 100% of the shares in a licensed asset management company and in a consulting company, both incorporated in the United Kingdom. The Stichting receives regular dividend payments from its participations. The Stichting is not raising any funds from third parties.

Management and application of the funds

The funds received by the Stichting will be applied to support charitable causes as mentioned above.

Future scope of activities

The Stichting will continue to support charities which are engaged in the above-mentioned areas.
