The Board of Directors

Incorporated in Rotterdam, Stichting Polar Lights is organized as a Dutch foundation, governed by its Board of Directors. The Board of Directors has the following members:

• Alan Jay Leibowitz – Chairman
• John Graham – Director
• Harold Michael Georges Grüninger – Treasurer

Remuneration

The Articles of Association of Stichting Polar Lights state that the members of the Board of Directors shall not be remunerated. The members of the Board of Directors shall be reimbursed reasonable expenses properly incurred in the course of their duties as members of the Board of Directors of the Stichting.

Accordingly, the members of the Board of Directors do not receive any remuneration for their services from the Stichting. Stichting Polar Lights does not have any employees.
